Pre-launch website terms. The project is not yet offering a public assistant account. This document does not certify the product, hosting configuration or legal entity.
1. Scope
These terms cover this marketing website and its waitlist and contact-request facilities. Hey Muffin is a project in development, not a publicly available assistant. Separate product terms and the legal operator’s identity must be provided before an assistant account is offered.
2. Using the website
Use the website lawfully and considerately. Do not submit someone else’s details without permission, upload confidential credentials, attempt unauthorised access, bypass security controls or deliberately overload the service. A form acknowledgement allows us to use the submitted details for its stated purpose.
3. Waitlist and availability
A received waitlist request records interest. It is not an account, an invitation, priority access or a guarantee of release by a particular date. No payment is taken by this website. Descriptions, roadmap items and example conversations describe an intended experience and may change.
4. Requests and receipts
Forms and email links prepare a message in your own email app. You must send it yourself, and this website cannot verify delivery or enrolment. A requested correction or deletion is not complete merely because you send a message.
5. Illustrations and information
All product conversations, people and schedules shown in the website preview are fictional examples. The preview does not connect accounts or perform actions. Website content is general product information, not professional, legal, medical or financial advice.
6. Content and third-party names
The website’s original text, presentation and brand materials explain the Hey Muffin project. Contact us before reusing brand artwork. Hey Muffin is an independent project. The names of services it may connect to belong to their owners.
7. Privacy
The privacy policy explains email requests, local browser preferences and hosting boundaries. This public website does not run analytics.
8. Availability, errors and your rights
We aim to keep the site useful and accurate, but features and availability can change and errors may occur. Nothing in these terms excludes any consumer guarantee or other right that cannot lawfully be excluded, including applicable rights under Australian Consumer Law. No unverified jurisdiction or blanket liability waiver is imposed here.
9. Changes and contact
Updates will carry a new version date. Questions about the website or these terms can be sent to fintex@mail.instinct.com. Applicable law determines any mandatory rights or dispute procedures.
