Frequently asked questionsWhat we’re building, what the waitlist does, and what you stay in control of.
Can I use Hey Muffin today?
Not yet. Hey Muffin is in development and is not publicly available. You can register your interest on the waitlist. There is no confirmed launch date, and joining does not create an assistant account or guarantee priority access.
What is Muffin being built to do?
Muffin is being designed to help you remember people, keep track of promises and make sense of your week through conversation. These are planned capabilities, not a claim that the complete product is available today.
Will I need another app?
The intended starting point is WhatsApp, with Gmail and Google Calendar connections planned. A native iPhone app is also on the roadmap. The actual connections available at release will be confirmed before you sign up.
Will Muffin send messages without asking?
The design is approval-first: prepare a draft or proposed action, show it to you, and ask for your go-ahead. These controls still need end-to-end release verification. The examples on this website do not send messages or connect to your accounts.
Does joining connect my Gmail or WhatsApp?
No. A waitlist request is just an expression of interest. This website does not request access to your inbox, calendar, WhatsApp messages or contacts.
Are the conversations on this site real?
No. Every product conversation and person shown here is an illustrative example of the intended experience. The interactive preview runs in your browser and is not a live assistant.
How do I leave the waitlist or request deletion?
Email fintex@mail.instinct.com from the address you used, and tell us what you would like removed. We may need to verify the request before acting. A submitted request is not confirmation that deletion has been completed.
What does the website track?
This public website does not run analytics or advertising pixels. Appearance and privacy preferences can stay in your browser. Render receives normal network information when serving pages, and email providers handle messages you choose to send. Preparing an email does not send it or confirm delivery.
