She told you about the new job last week. Ask about her first few days instead of starting from “what’s new?”

Sam is waiting on the project quote.
On Tuesday, you said you’d send it the next morning.
“I’ll send the quote over tomorrow.”You · Tuesday, 4:18 pm
Start with a draft. You review it before anything is sent.
It’s her first week in the new role.
She mentioned starting on Monday. You wanted to ask how it went.
“First day on Monday. Excited, slightly terrified.”Priya · Last Friday
A useful detail to take into the conversation. You take it from there.
Here’s a starting point. Nothing has been sent.

Hi Sam, thanks for your patience. I’m finishing the quote and will send it this afternoon.Prepared, not sent

An illustrative conversation, not a live assistant. Planned experience.
Tuesday’s promise gets lost in Wednesday’s inbox. The idea is to bring it back into view, with the conversation it came from.
Following up with SamWhatsApp first. Gmail and Google Calendar connections are planned. An iPhone app is on the roadmap.
What we’re buildingShe told you about the new job last week. Ask about her first few days instead of starting from “what’s new?”
Remembering peopleA meeting at ten. Lunch at one. A reply you still owe. One place to ask what needs your attention, and why.
Keeping track of your weekFictional examples of planned capabilities. Availability will be confirmed before release.
The waitlist only asks for the details you type into the form. It does not open your inbox or read your conversations.
Read about your privacyNot yet. Hey Muffin is in development and is not publicly available. You can register your interest on the waitlist. There is no confirmed launch date, and joining does not create an assistant account or guarantee priority access.
Muffin is being designed to help you remember people, keep track of promises and make sense of your week through conversation. These are planned capabilities, not a claim that the complete product is available today.
The intended starting point is WhatsApp, with Gmail and Google Calendar connections planned. A native iPhone app is also on the roadmap. The actual connections available at release will be confirmed before you sign up.
The design is approval-first: prepare a draft or proposed action, show it to you, and ask for your go-ahead. These controls still need end-to-end release verification. The examples on this website do not send messages or connect to your accounts.
